Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and proof of purchase to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Prepare the Equipment
Ensure the e-bike is clean and repacked in its original factory packaging, including all batteries, chargers, and manuals to prevent transit damage.
Ship to Service Center
Affix the provided shipping label to the box and drop it off at an authorized carrier location; please note that return shipping fees may apply depending on the return reason.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians inspect the returned items for quality and completeness, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
